Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from the billing portal linked in your receipt. Verification stays active until the end of the year you have paid for and does not renew.

Refunds

The annual fee is not refunded once verification is active, except where the law requires it or where we have made an error, such as a duplicate charge or a profile we could not verify. In those cases we refund the fee in full to the original payment method.

Buyers in the EU

Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, you will be asked to agree that verification starts immediately and that the right is waived once it does. We record that agreement and its date.
