Version 1.0. How Trainers List handles personal data, including the names of company directors shown on profiles.

Who is responsible

Directors named on profiles

Company profiles show the current directors of each company as published on the Companies House public register: name, role and appointment date only. We do not collect or show dates of birth, nationality, occupation, residence or addresses, and we do not show persons with significant control. We rely on legitimate interests: buyers of training benefit from knowing who runs the company they may contract with, and the information is already public by law.

Where it comes from

Companies House (company-information.service.gov.uk). Each list links to the company's officers page, and we refresh it periodically so resigned directors are removed.

Your rights

If you are named on a profile you may object to it, ask for your name to be removed, or ask what we hold about you. We remove a name on request unless we have a compelling reason to keep it, and we tell you what we have done. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Visitors

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our servers keep standard access logs, including IP addresses, for security, and delete them routinely.
